Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within five days of delivery date and refer to the refund policy. 

• All of our items are handmade and take sometime to assemble please review item description for shipping timelines
• Once again please review item descriptions for timelines of each item. If items are on preorder they typically take longer due to not having it in stock. 

gobeijing.shop is not responsible for issuing refunds due to improperly entered addresses. If your address is incorrect contact the post to correct it.

gobeijing.shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If shipments have not arrived it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the post. 

gobeijing.shop is not responsible for any import or duty fees associated with orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
