Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. No cancellation allowed. 

If there was a problem with your order such as damage please contact me and we can resolve the issue.
  • In the event of your sign or garment arriving damaged you have 5 days from date of delivery to inform us via email at support@gobeijing.shop and we will begin working on a solution. 
  • As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any such fees and duties, as they are not included in the cost of the product or the responisbility of gobeijing.
  • additional import fees or duties chagred by the shipping company. These must be paid to complete delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have within 5 days from the date of delivery to inform us. 

Please note all garments and signs are hand made by hand this means that not all garments/signs will be the same and will have some variation to some degree each garment/sign is inspected before shipping to insure its within the acceptable threshold. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Restocking Fees may be applied depending on the nature of the product.
